The Story

The journey of Wings of Wisdom began with a simple belief: that relationship-centered learning is the heart of education. With years of experience and deep observations, I saw how strong connections between teachers and children unlock potential.

I bridge the gap between theory and practice by grounding my work in social-emotional learning, relationship-centered approaches, and trauma-informed support. My mission is to create spaces where educators feel empowered, supported, and inspired, and where every student feels deeply seen, valued, and nurtured.

Her experience spans infant, toddler, preschool, elementary, and higher education settings, giving her a uniquely grounded and comprehensive understanding of child development, school systems, and the daily realities educators and families navigate.

Her work focuses on building supportive systems that honor the emotional, developmental, academic, and relational needs of children while also empowering the adults who support them. Kerry is passionate about supporting the humans behind the learning and believes children thrive when they are surrounded by responsive relationships, emotional safety, meaningful connection, and adults who feel supported and equipped themselves.

The name Wings of Wisdom was inspired by Kerry's experience raising monarch butterflies. Through observing their transformation, she became deeply connected to the idea that growth requires patience, nourishment, safety, care, and the right environment. Just as monarchs transform over time with the support they need, Kerry believes children and the adults supporting them flourish when they are met with understanding, responsive relationships, and spaces where they are deeply seen and valued.
